YOKOGAWA 100:1 PROBE 701944 The 701944 is an oscilloscope passive probe supporting up to 1000Vrms, 400MHz bandwidth, and 100:1 attenuation ratio. The probe length is 1.2 meters, with a 50MΩ input resistance. This probe is well suited for high voltage, higher bandwidth single ended voltage measurements at an affordable cost. YOKOGAWA 200 MHZ DIFFERENTIAL PROBE 701922 The 701922 is a 10:1 Differential Probe rated at 20Vpeak differential voltage input and 60Vpeak Common-Mode input with 200MHz bandwidth (-3dB). This probe is recommended for CAN bus and can be used with virtuallly any oscillscope with an internal 50Ω termination or use the external 50Ω 700976.
