This conformity assessment for accuracy class M III replaces the first calibration. It is carried out for the location specified by the customer. The compact, calibrated trade approved scale is powder-coated and therefore well suited for use under harsh conditions. A special feature is the removable, 46 cm / 18.1" high backrest made of 2 mm / 0.07" thick sheet steel, which makes it easier to weigh or fill sacks and other tipping goods. With the backrest mounted, the trade approved scale has a usable platform area of ​​60 x 66 cm / 23.6 x 25.9". Without the backrest, the usable area increases to 60 x 70 cm / 23.6 x 27.5".

Thanks to the tripod, the trade approved scale can be conveniently operated both when used on the floor and on the table. However, this tripod can be removed thanks to screw and plug connections, so that the trade approved scale can also be used without a tripod. The cable length between the display and the weighing plate is about 1.5 meters / 4.9 ft. The angle of inclination of the display can be adjusted via the display bracket, so that it can be easily adapted to different working positions and viewing angles. The high-contrast inverted display has a digit height of 28 mm / 1.1", which means that the trade approved scale can also be read from a distance. A transparent protective cover protects the plastic display from dirt.

The trade approved scale is equipped with an internally installed lead-acid battery, but can also be operated via the external 7.8 volt mains power adapter. In battery mode, an operating time of up to 25 hours can be achieved, which can be significantly extended by using the battery saver function. The trade approved scale has a bidirectional / USB-B interface with which weighing values ​​can be passed directly to a printer or computer.
