Justrite Paint Safety Cabinet for Paints, Inks and Combustibles

The Justrite 894511 Paint Safety Cabinet provides secure storage for paints, inks and Class III combustibles, with an FM-approved, fire-resistant double-wall steel construction. Its 60-gallon capacity, five adjustable SpillSlope® shelves and two manual-close doors make it suitable for printing, painting, furniture and motor vehicle operations.

Designed to meet OSHA and NFPA standards, the cabinet is constructed from durable 18-gauge welded steel with a 38 mm insulating air space for improved fire resistance. High-performance self-latching doors use a three-point stainless steel bullet latching system to help keep contents securely contained.

The U-Loc™ handle includes a cylinder lock and key set and can also accept an optional padlock for added security. Haz-Alert™ reflective warning labels improve visibility during power outages or fire conditions when illuminated with a flashlight.

Five patented SpillSlope® galvanised steel shelves help direct spills towards the back and into the leakproof bottom sump. The shelves can be adjusted at 76 mm intervals to accommodate different sizes of paint tins, aerosols and ink containers.

The manual-close doors open fully to 180° for convenient access and self-latch when pushed closed. Dual vents with flame arresters, adjustable self-levelling feet and a grounding connector provide additional functionality for industrial storage environments.
