Compact Hazardous Material Storage with Automatic Self-Close Safety
The Justrite 861528 Hazardous Material Safety Cabinet provides compact, compliant storage for hazardous materials where workspace is limited. Its key features include an automatic self-close door, chemical-resistant powder-coat finish, double-wall steel construction and polyethylene shelf and sump liners for added protection against aggressive chemicals.
Designed for countertop or compact storage applications, this 15-gallon cabinet helps keep hazardous materials readily accessible while making efficient use of available space. The self-close door automatically shuts and latches when the fusible link melts at 74°C under fire conditions, while the concealed closing mechanism keeps access to the cabinet unobstructed.
The cabinet also includes polyethylene trays positioned over galvanised steel shelves and a removable polyethylene liner in the bottom sump to help contain drips and leaks. Its epoxy baked-on powder-coat finish is applied inside and outside for increased chemical resistance.
