This intuitive device automatically locks if the handle is released or squeezed too hard, ensuring maximum safety. It’s perfect for “pick-off” descents and lowering operations, and the tail rope can be pulled back through the device to allow movement on an unloaded rope. The Powerlock is made of anodised aluminium for durability, and its long handle offers excellent rope friction control. Easy to inspect and clean, this device is also part of the TowerPack and TowerPack Pro Rescue Systems, offering critical functionality for no-cut and conventional cut rescue methods.
