The New Pig 104PS Skimmer Oil-Only Absorbent Socks are designed for efficient oil skimming in open-top dip tanks and chemical baths. This model skims oil from the surface while repelling water-based liquids, making it suitable for acidic and caustic environments.

Manufactured with a UV- and chemical-resistant polypropylene skin and filler, these skimmer socks absorb and retain oil-based liquids such as lubricants and fuels without taking in water. They float on the surface for easy retrieval and feature an attached string for secure placement, tying together or dipping into tanks. Tough construction allows use in acid baths and phosphate tanks while meeting ANSI and MIL-SPEC standards for static decay. The product also contains recycled content to support environmental responsibility.
