The Air Systems BB60-COIS Breather Box® is a portable 60 CFM Grade D breathing air filtration system with four outlets, intrinsically safe operation and continuous carbon monoxide monitoring. It filters compressed air through three stages to supply respirator users with clean breathing air while monitoring for unsafe CO levels.

Three-Stage Filtration

• First Stage: Removes bulk water and particulates and includes an automatic drain.
• Second Stage: Removes atomised oils, mist and ultra-fine particulates and includes an automatic drain.
• Third Stage: Removes organic vapours and odours and includes a manual drain.

The low-pressure-drop filter design supports efficient airflow across each filtration stage. Point-of-Attachment boxes may also be used to extend respirator operation beyond 300 feet.
