Justrite 35022 Double Cylinder Hand Truck

The Justrite 35022 Double Cylinder Hand Truck is designed to transport two gas cylinders safely across construction sites, welding areas and locations with limited access. It features a hoist ring, locking posts, rear swivel casters and a 272 kg load capacity for stable handling and lifting.

Its fully welded frame is constructed from 32 mm diameter round steel tubing for strength and durability. The thick 3 mm steel floor plate includes safety fins to help prevent warping or breaking, while 10 mm thick hoist plates support safe lifting with suitable hoist rigs.

The zero-lift loading design allows the floor plate to lie flat, reducing the need to lift cylinders during loading and unloading. A triple-grip handle provides a wider grip area for improved leverage, control and manoeuvrability when transporting cylinders with a high centre of gravity.

Two heavy-duty polypropylene support straps with steel cinch buckles help secure the cylinders and reduce rolling during transport. Bumper guard edging grips the cylinders while helping minimise damage to both the cylinders and trolley.

The 267 mm pneumatic wheels feature steel hubs and dual ball bearings for smoother rolling with less effort. Wide-set 76 mm swivel rear casters improve stability and fold flat for compact storage. An integrated tool tray provides convenient storage for torches and related equipment.
