Heavy-Duty Absorbent Sock For Spill Response

The PIG PIG238 Blue Absorbent Sock is designed to form a barrier around leaks, drips and spills to help prevent liquids from spreading. Its extra-dense construction helps the sock stay in place while containing common industrial liquids such as oils, water, solvents and coolants.

Filled with fine-grade vermiculite, this absorbent sock is suitable for spill response, machine leak control, diking and damming applications. The stitch-bonded polypropylene skin helps resist bursting, reduce dust and hold liquid even when saturated. When soaked with water, the sock can be air-dried for reuse.
