New Pig 4048 Blue Absorbent Socks are heavy-duty absorbent socks designed for effective spill response and liquid containment. This model features extra-dense construction with vermiculite filler to form a strong barrier that helps prevent spills from spreading across floors.

These absorbent socks are engineered to hug surfaces and stay in place, making them ideal for diking and damming liquids around machinery, drains, and work areas. The fine-grade vermiculite filler quickly absorbs leaks, drips and spills, while the stitch-bonded polypropylene skin resists bursting, reduces dust, and retains liquid even when fully saturated. Suitable for absorbing most common industrial liquids, these socks can also be air-dried and reused when soaked with water.
