Respirex SOLAS Aluminised Close Proximity Suit

The Respirex JKT017/91L and OTRS006/91L SOLAS Close Proximity Suit is designed for marine firefighting and high heat environments requiring reliable thermal protection. This aluminised suit includes a close proximity jacket, high waisted trousers, heat resistant gloves and rubber safety boots with internal steel toecaps for enhanced user protection during emergency response operations.

The aluminised jacket features a high felt covered collar with Velcro front fastening for secure wear. Jacket sleeves taper to narrow cuffs to allow gauntlet gloves to be worn comfortably over the exterior. The high waisted trousers include a centre front Velcro opening, elasticated ankles and adjustable braces for improved fit and support during use.

Five finger gauntlet gloves are fitted with aluminised backs and heat resistant leather palms for additional hand protection. The supplied rubber knee length boots include internal steel toecaps conforming to EN345-1:1993 standards. This suit is intended for close proximity firefighting applications and is not designed for fire entry use.
