Designed with double-wall 18-gauge steel construction, the cabinet includes dual vents, grounding wire connections, a leakproof sill, three-point self-latching door and levelling feet. Its slimline design helps maximise storage capacity where floor space is restricted.

The self-closing door automatically shuts and latches when the fusible link melts at 165°F (74°C) under fire conditions. The concealed self-closing mechanism also keeps the cabinet opening clear for easier access to stored materials.

Polyethylene trays are positioned over the galvanised steel shelves to improve resistance against aggressive chemicals. A separate polyethylene liner protects the bottom sump and can be removed for easier cleaning of spills, drips and leaks.

The cabinet features an epoxy baked-on powder-coat finish inside and outside for increased chemical resistance. It also includes a “Hazardous – Keep Fire Away” label and ten application-specific labels for identifying cabinet contents.
