JUSTRITE 899001 90 Gallon Flammable Safety Cabinet

The Justrite 899001 is a fire tested and FM approved flammable safety cabinet designed for the safe storage of chemicals and flammable liquids. It provides a 90 gallon (341 L) capacity, double wall steel construction, leak tested sump and two adjustable SpillSlope® shelves for industrial storage applications.

Built from sturdy 18 gauge steel, the cabinet features a double wall construction with a 38 mm insulating air space to improve fire resistance. Its fully welded construction reduces air gaps and helps maintain cabinet strength and stability over extended use.

The two manual close, self latching doors use a fail safe 3 point stainless steel system and open up to 180°. Continuous piano hinges support smooth door operation, while the U Loc™ handle automatically engages the required latch without manual rotation.

Two patented galvanised steel SpillSlope® shelves help direct liquid spills towards the rear and into the cabinet's 51 mm leak tested sump. Each adjustable shelf supports a safe allowable load of up to 159 kg and complies with ANSI MH28.1 standards.

Additional safety features include dual vents with flame arresters, a built in grounding connector, adjustable self levelling feet and highly visible Haz Alert™ reflective warning labels. The lead free epoxy/polyester powder coated finish provides resistance against chemicals, corrosion and humidity.
