The Justrite 882407 flammable safety cabinet is designed for safe, code-compliant storage of solvents and flammable liquids in laboratory environments. Its FM approved under fume hood design provides a 15 gal (57 L) capacity while fitting conveniently beneath chemical fume hoods, benches and counters.

Built from durable 18-gauge steel, the cabinet features double-wall construction with a 38 mm insulating air space for enhanced fire resistance. A 102 mm high toe kick improves ergonomics and helps users maintain a comfortable working distance when handling chemicals.

The patented SpillSlope shelf directs spills towards the back and bottom of the cabinet into a 51 mm leak-tested sump. The shelf supports up to 159 kg and can be adjusted on 76 mm centres to accommodate different container sizes.

The manual-close door features a self-latching mechanism and 3-point stainless steel closure for secure storage. Continuous piano hinges help the door open and close smoothly, while the U-Loc handle allows the mandatory latch to engage without manual rotation.

The cabinet also includes built-in flame arresters, a grounding connector and a chemical-resistant powder-coated finish to help reduce the effects of corrosion and humidity.
