The GPT-10000 Series features a unique sweep function, which displays a curve diagram of the test results of the DUT. Test readings such as initial voltage, ramp-up time, test time, and ramp-down time are recorded point by point based on the applied test voltage or current and relevant settings. After the test is completed, users can review applied voltage or current and measured current or resistance at a specific time point by selecting a position with a cursor. The sweep function can also be used to determine the critical break down of the DUT.

The automatic test function allows the user to define up to 10 manual steps within each automatic test. The settings and results are presented in a table for easy viewing. Multiple automatic test connection requirements can be established by selecting CON in the last table item; for example, AUTO-012 would be connected to AUTO-013.
