Introduction and unsealing
The wind gauge has a touch screen interface that works with lithium batteries and AC power. Using the PC software in each product, you can download up to 5,000 pieces of data for analysis and reporting.
The air volume meter is suitable for air volume and temperature measurement in ventilation places such as air-conditioning pipes. The air volume cover can be used for air inlet and exhaust air outlet of any type of pipe after replacing different size hoods.

The wind gauge has many convenient measurement functions. The power switch is located above and behind the right side panel. There are handles on both sides of the instrument base for easy grip.

The control box is located in the middle of the handle.
- Power supply
The air volume meter can be directly powered by a battery or externally connected to an AC power source.
Caution:
Please do not use the power adapter that is not configured by the instrument manufacturer to supply power. If it is light, the instrument will not be able to supply power normally. If it is heavy, the internal components of the instrument will burn out.
Warning:
Do not use other types of replacements on this instrument, as this may cause fire, explosion, and other hazards.
- Use of touch screen
The wind gauges are sampled on the touch screen and can be operated with your fingertips. But don't use sharp objects such as pens or pencils to avoid damaging the touch screen. Also do not apply heavy pressure on the touch screen and damage the touch screen.
- Use of wireless thermal printers
The appearance is exquisite, the structure is light, the paper structure is easy to install, the rechargeable battery works, and the serial port, the USB interface and the bluetooth interface are provided. With standby sleep, automatic wake-up, black mark positioning, paper out detection, low-voltage alarm and other functions.
Operating
- The printer is an easy-to-paper structure. Use both fingers to pinch the sides of the paper compartment cover to open the paper compartment cover, place the thermal paper roll (smooth face down), expose the paper head, close the paper compartment cover, and complete the paper loading.
- POWER is the power button. In the battery power mode, press to turn it on, then press it to turn it off. In the adapter power mode, the printer is always on, and this button is invalid.
- FEED is the paper feed button. When the power is on, press and hold this button, the printer will take the paper, if release, the paper feed to stop.
Printer maintenance and troubleshooting
In order to ensure that the printer works properly, be careful not to disassemble the printer head at will, and do not make any changes to the printer. For users who do not use the printer housing, pay more attention to protecting the handpiece.
- Do not turn the printer on if the printer is not in use for a long time.
- If the printer does not work properly, turn off the printer.
- When replacing the paper roll, please pay attention to whether there is paper dust on the machine head. If it is, please remove it gently. The thermal paper should pay attention to the front and back, the reverse side is not coated, and the writing cannot be printed.
- When the printer is printing or feeding, it cannot be torn; and it is also not possible to reverse the paper.。
- Keep the printer control board clean and free of dust.
- When the thermal printer does not print clearly, use a clean cotton ball with a little alcohol to gently wipe off the dirt on the surface of the heating element of the print head.
- The thermal printer should choose a better quality paper when selecting the paper, which not only improves the printing effect, but also reduces the wear on the thermal film.
- Use of external devices
USB cable
This standard USB interface is used to transfer data from the instrument to the computer through the PC software. The PC software can be saved into a data file. The data file is in XML format and can be opened in the EXL table. Please keep the instrument turned on during the data export process, and do not perform other operations, otherwise the data will be garbled.
- Use of a tripod
The air volume meter is placed on the 20*20 aluminum profiled cross, and the locking edge of the base is locked with a locking screw to prevent the moving wind gauge from falling and causing damage.
Instructions
The wind gauge uses a touch screen display control. You can use your fingers, but don't use sharp objects (pens, etc.), which are likely to damage the screen.
Turn on the instrument and press the power switch. The boot screen of the product model and manufacturer name is displayed on the screen. The system can select the Chinese and English interface on this interface, and click to enter the sampling interface. As shown below:
When the sampling interface appears, the instrument is ready for operation.
- sampling interface
The sampling interface is the main interface. The interface parameters are only displayable and cannot be changed. The customer can set the parameters in the setting interface before using the instrument.
- This interface displays the sampled air volume. There is a start button and a wind direction icon on the lower side of the air volume (the picture is not displayed here, please refer to the real object). Click the start to test the current air volume, and the average value of the air volume appears within the set time.
- The parameters such as the sampling position on the right side cannot be changed on this interface. It is only displayed. Before the test, you need to set the parameters of the current test in the setting interface, such as Location, Ser No., size, printing and storage function on and off. The display of wind speed is obtained by air volume conversion. If the size of the tuyere is not the current test size, the number displayed by the wind speed is not acceptable. Temperature and humidity show the real-time value of the current environment.
- Query interface
- Click “-” and “+” to query the data of the previous and next ones. You can click the middle of the red word in the sampling query box to pop up the number box. You can directly query the data by entering it.
